Melt 103¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 29½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 88½ cloves garlic, minced and 29½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 147½ tbsp tomato passata Add 11800 ml chicken stock Add 35400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
