Melt 105 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 30⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 90½ cloves garlic, minced and 30⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 150⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 12066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 36200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7541⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
