Melt 106¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 30½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 91½ cloves garlic, minced and 30½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 152½ tbsp tomato passata Add 12200 ml chicken stock Add 36600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
