Melt 108½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 31 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 93 cloves garlic, minced and 31 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 155 tbsp tomato passata Add 12400 ml chicken stock Add 37200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7750 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
