Melt 110¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 31½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 94½ cloves garlic, minced and 31½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 157½ tbsp tomato passata Add 12600 ml chicken stock Add 37800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
