Melt 11 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 3⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 9½ cloves garlic, minced and 3⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 15⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 1266⅔ ml chicken stock Add 3800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 791⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
