Melt 11⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 3⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 10 cloves garlic, minced and 3⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 16⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 1333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 4000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 833⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
