Melt 113¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 32½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 97½ cloves garlic, minced and 32½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 162½ tbsp tomato passata Add 13000 ml chicken stock Add 39000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
