Melt 115½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 33 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 99 cloves garlic, minced and 33 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 165 tbsp tomato passata Add 13200 ml chicken stock Add 39600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
