Melt 116⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 33⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 100 cloves garlic, minced and 33⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 166⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 13333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 40000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8333⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
