Melt 117¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 33½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 100½ cloves garlic, minced and 33½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 167½ tbsp tomato passata Add 13400 ml chicken stock Add 40200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
