Melt 120¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 34½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 103½ cloves garlic, minced and 34½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 172½ tbsp tomato passata Add 13800 ml chicken stock Add 41400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
