Melt 122½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 35 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 105 cloves garlic, minced and 35 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 175 tbsp tomato passata Add 14000 ml chicken stock Add 42000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8750 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
