Melt 124¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 35½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 106½ cloves garlic, minced and 35½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 177½ tbsp tomato passata Add 14200 ml chicken stock Add 42600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 8875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
