Melt 127¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 36½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 109½ cloves garlic, minced and 36½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 182½ tbsp tomato passata Add 14600 ml chicken stock Add 43800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 9125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
