Melt 12⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 3⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 11 cloves garlic, minced and 3⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 18⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 1466⅔ ml chicken stock Add 4400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 916⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
