Melt 13 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 3⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 11½ cloves garlic, minced and 3⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 19⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 1533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 4600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 958⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
