Melt 131¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 37½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 112½ cloves garlic, minced and 37½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 187½ tbsp tomato passata Add 15000 ml chicken stock Add 45000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 9375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
