Melt 134¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 38½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 115½ cloves garlic, minced and 38½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 192½ tbsp tomato passata Add 15400 ml chicken stock Add 46200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 9625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
