Melt 138¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 39½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 118½ cloves garlic, minced and 39½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 197½ tbsp tomato passata Add 15800 ml chicken stock Add 47400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 9875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
