Melt 140 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 40⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 120½ cloves garlic, minced and 40⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 200⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 16066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 48200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
