Melt 141¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 40½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 121½ cloves garlic, minced and 40½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 202½ tbsp tomato passata Add 16200 ml chicken stock Add 48600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
