Melt 145¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 41½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 124½ cloves garlic, minced and 41½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 207½ tbsp tomato passata Add 16600 ml chicken stock Add 49800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10375 ml cream Add 16600 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
