Melt 145⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 41⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 125 cloves garlic, minced and 41⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 208⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 16666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 50000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10416⅔ ml cream Add 16666⅔ g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
