Melt 14 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 4⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 12½ cloves garlic, minced and 4⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 20⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 1666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 5000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
