Melt 15⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 4⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 13 cloves garlic, minced and 4⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 21⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 1733⅓ ml chicken stock Add 5200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1083⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
