Melt 147 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 42 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 126 cloves garlic, minced and 42 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 210 tbsp tomato passata Add 16800 ml chicken stock Add 50400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10500 ml cream Add 16800 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
