Melt 148¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 42½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 127½ cloves garlic, minced and 42½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 212½ tbsp tomato passata Add 17000 ml chicken stock Add 51000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 10625 ml cream Add 17000 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
