Melt 16⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 4⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 14 cloves garlic, minced and 4⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 23⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 1866⅔ ml chicken stock Add 5600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1166⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
