Melt 16 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 4⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 14½ cloves garlic, minced and 4⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 24⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 1933⅓ ml chicken stock Add 5800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1208⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
