Melt 175 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 50 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 150 cloves garlic, minced and 50 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 250 tbsp tomato passata Add 20000 ml chicken stock Add 60000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 12500 ml cream Add 20000 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
