Melt 176¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 50½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 151½ cloves garlic, minced and 50½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 252½ tbsp tomato passata Add 20200 ml chicken stock Add 60600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 12625 ml cream Add 20200 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
