Melt 18 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 5⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 15½ cloves garlic, minced and 5⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 25⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 2066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 6200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1291⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
