Melt 18⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 5⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 16 cloves garlic, minced and 5⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 26⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 2133⅓ ml chicken stock Add 6400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1333⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
