Melt 19⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 5⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 17 cloves garlic, minced and 5⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 28⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 2266⅔ ml chicken stock Add 6800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1416⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
