Melt 20 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 5⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 17½ cloves garlic, minced and 5⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 29⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 2333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 7000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1458⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
