Melt 21 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 6⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 18½ cloves garlic, minced and 6⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 30⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 2466⅔ ml chicken stock Add 7400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1541⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
