Melt 22⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 6⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 19 cloves garlic, minced and 6⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 31⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 2533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 7600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1583⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
