Melt 22¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 6½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 19½ cloves garlic, minced and 6½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 32½ tbsp tomato passata Add 2600 ml chicken stock Add 7800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
