Melt 23⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 6⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 20 cloves garlic, minced and 6⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 33⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 2666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 8000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1666⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
