Melt 2⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add ⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 2 cloves garlic, minced and ⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 3⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 266⅔ ml chicken stock Add 800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 166⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
