Melt 23 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 6⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 20½ cloves garlic, minced and 6⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 34⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 2733⅓ ml chicken stock Add 8200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1708⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
