Melt 250¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 71½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 214½ cloves garlic, minced and 71½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 357½ tbsp tomato passata Add 28600 ml chicken stock Add 85800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 17875 ml cream Add 28600 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
