Melt 25 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 7⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 21½ cloves garlic, minced and 7⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 35⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 2866⅔ ml chicken stock Add 8600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1791⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
