Melt 25⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 7⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 22 cloves garlic, minced and 7⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 36⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 2933⅓ ml chicken stock Add 8800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1833⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
