Melt 26⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 7⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 23 cloves garlic, minced and 7⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 38⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 3066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 9200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1916⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
