Melt 27 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 7⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 23½ cloves garlic, minced and 7⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 39⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 3133⅓ ml chicken stock Add 9400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 1958⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
