Melt 28 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 8⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 24½ cloves garlic, minced and 8⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 40⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 3266⅔ ml chicken stock Add 9800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
