Melt 29⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 8⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 25 cloves garlic, minced and 8⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 41⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 3333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 10000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2083⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
