Melt 29¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 8½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 25½ cloves garlic, minced and 8½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 42½ tbsp tomato passata Add 3400 ml chicken stock Add 10200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
